Created in the kitchen of a Chef-Owned restaurant in Indianapolis, IN and brought back home by Rita Brown to Charlton, MA where it has been a family staple since 1978. Rita Brown White French Dressing has evolved to the unique product offered today through the efforts of Nick Faucher, Chef at Table 3 Restaurant Group in Sturbridge, MA.
We are pleased to announce that in September 2015, after dozens of test batches, we launched a full scale production incorporating fresh ingredients grown by a local farm. We can now be found in thirty-five outlets throughout New England, including the newly opened Boston Public Market. Our dressing is also featured in three chef-owned restaurants where it is also available for purchase.
